Stage 2 – Custom Design & Solution Finalization

Once you confirm the project, our architectural and structural designers develop a complete design package. This includes general site layout, unit placement, walkway planning, landscape suggestions and 3D photorealistic renderings so you can visualize the finished resort. Structural drawings, foundation plans and utility routing diagrams are also prepared. We iterate based on your feedback until the design is fully approved. Stage 3 – Contract Signing & Factory Production

We send weekly photo and video updates so you can follow production progress remotely. Stage 4 – Modular Packaging & Sea Freight Delivery

After final inspection, modules are disassembled into transportable sections. All finished surfaces receive protective film and foam padding, and corners are reinforced for shipping. Components are labeled and packed in installation order to simplify on-site assembly. Units are loaded into standard 20ft or 40ft containers, optimized to maximize container utilization. Our export team handles all documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Sea freight transit time ranges from 3 to 6 weeks depending on destination port.

Stage 5 – On-Site Installation & Commissioning
